Assistant Principal Jonathan Andrew Stiles. We’d make fun of his ears, but we’re afraid he would hear us.

HICKORY, N.C. – No one ever dreams of being an assistant principal. It’s all the responsibility of being a principal, with a third of the power. Aside from that, it is just way too easy for any bored student to scratch off the “T” from your office door, thereby forever changing your job title to “Ass . Principal.”
On Saturday, Bunker Hill High School “Ass . Principal” found a new way to live up to that job title, when he was charged with driving while impaired, coincidentally around the same time that his school was holding its graduation ceremony.
Merely 11 minutes after his school began the process of sending off young future disappointments into the world, Jonathan Andrew Stiles was getting arrested outside Catawba Valley Community College at approximately 4:11 p.m. (that’s right. He was “day drinking.”)
Stiles failed the field sobriety test, and according to a court document, was found to have a blood alcohol level of .16.
It is not yet known if Stiles will remain an Asst. Principal at Bunker Hill High School after this, though if he keeps down this path, it is safe to assume he will remain an “ass .”
